Return & Refund Policy — KRYA Hair

We want every KRYA order to reach you in good condition.

Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items.

You may contact us within 24 hours of delivery if:

  • you received the wrong item
  • the product arrived damaged
  • the product arrived leaking or defective

To request support, please contact us at care@kryahair.com with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the product and packaging
  • a short description of the issue

If your request is approved, we may offer one of the following:

  • a replacement
  • store credit
  • a refund, where applicable

Non-returnable items

  • opened products
  • used products
  • products damaged after delivery
  • orders refused after confirmation without valid reason

Refund timing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after review.

KRYA Hair reserves the right to refuse return or refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
